Civil Works Expert

We are recruiting a Civil Works Expert to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Civil Works Expert, you will be responsible for defining and developing technical standards, including safety and green aspects, and ensuring that cGMPs, SOPs, and good engineering practices are integrated into all company standards and guidelines.

This is an initial 2 years contract, a hybrid mission and the rate of pay is 720-800€ per day 


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Civil Works Expert will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Civil Works Expert, you will define, develop, and deploy technical standards, including safety and green aspects.

2. As the Civil Works Expert, you will develop solutions that meet internal client expectations and anticipate future needs.

3. As the Civil Works Expert, you will monitor technological developments and seek opportunities to implement innovations in equipment lifecycle.

4. As the Civil Works Expert, you will lead and connect a global network of experts, both within and outside the company.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Civil Works Expert, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in civil engineering or a related field.

2. Proven industry experience in engineering technologies and large, complex projects.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with cGMP/GLP regulations, BREEAM/LEED certifications, and EPC/EPCM contracting models.
