Back to Job SearchWe are recruiting a Client Support Advisor to join a leading Life Sciences company in the Antwerpen, Belgium area. As the Client Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer journey by providing exceptional relationship management support throughout the client lifecycle.
This position offer 1-2 days per week of remote working and a variety of other benefits, including meal voucher, ecocheques and medical insurance. This position requires a fluent Dutch and English speaker, fluent French is highly advantageous.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Client Support Advisor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Client Support Advisor, you will prioritise, plan, and ensure completion of all customer activities from client request to invoice, optimising utilisation of resources.
2. As the Client Support Advisor, you will maximise sales through service by identifying and pursuing potential repeat purchases and contract renewals.
3. As the Client Support Advisor, you will ensure effective and timely invoicing, maintaining accurate and complete data in our systems.
4. As the Client Support Advisor, you will champion customer needs, manage complaints, and escalate service delivery issues as necessary.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Client Support Advisor we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the Life Sciences sector but not essential.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with IT systems such as SAP and Power BI.
