Back to Job SearchWe are actively recruiting a CMC Portfolio Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the CMC Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for utilising robust project and portfolio management skills to set up, structure, and coordinate the CMC projects portfolio in alignment with strategic plans. This role involves managing inter-connections across projects, ensuring coordinated planning and deliverables, resource allocation, project prioritisation, budget management, and financial tracking.
This is a mission initially for 6 months, with possibility for extension. For the right candidate, this mission can offer between €640-720 per day.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the CMC Portfolio Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the CMC Portfolio Manager, you will provide support and coaching to project managers in creating master plans, tracking information, and ensuring efficient milestone achievement within budget constraints.
2. As the CMC Portfolio Manager, you will consolidate all relevant CMC projects into a comprehensive portfolio, developing dashboards and KPIs to drive efficiency within the group.
3. As the CMC Portfolio Manager, you will consolidate all relevant CMC projects into a comprehensive portfolio, developing dashboards and KPIs to drive efficiency within the group.
4. As the CMC Portfolio Manager, you will Identify resource constraints proactively and drive the prioritisation process in Patient Supply and CMC, preparing and presenting prioritisation proposals for endorsement.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the CMC Portfolio Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in project, program, and/or portfolio management and associated tools. Strong knowledge of the CMC process from Phase 3 through to lifecycle management (understanding of key concepts such as: control strategy and tech transfer.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with enterprise planning/resource capability systems, with knowledge of Planisware PPM tool being a strong asset.
