A leading waste management company is currently seeking a Commercial Systems Support Officer to join their team based in the Midlands area. As the Commercial Systems Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of data from existing systems to a new Commercial System.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Commercial Systems Support Officer will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Management of tickets in Service Now.
2. Troubleshooting any missing data where the two systems are not aligned.
3. Data cleansing across systems.
4. Assisting with month-end invoicing.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Commercial Systems Support Officer, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in system support and data management.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Google tools and SQL.
