Back to Job SearchWe are seeking a skilled CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) Supervisor for a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Hertfordshire area. This role is to support during the critical shutdown phase and offers the chance to work on 12-hour night shifts. As the CSA Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team during night shifts and make a significant impact on operations.
Please note this is a contract position between the 23rd June to 15th August and you must be available in this period. For candidates that display exceptional performance, there could be opportunities to stay with the business longer term. During the shutdown period, you will be expected to work 12-hour shifts and this may include weekends.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the CSA Supervisor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Supervise and coordinate all CSA activities during the night shift to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
3. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues that arise during the night shift.
4. Maintain accurate records of work performed and provide detailed reports to senior management.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting position as the CSA Supervisor, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in supervising CSA activities, preferably in a night shift environment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with construction site safety regulations and quality standards.
