

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Corporate Process Owner (CPO) for Computerized System Validation (CSV) and Access Management to join a leading pharmaceutical organization based in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee critical processes that support regulatory compliance and operational excellence within a GxP environment. The role offers a chance to lead process governance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure inspection readiness and harmonized practices across the organization.
In this position, you will take ownership of process documentation, training, and network leadership related to CSV and Access Management. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining compliant, efficient, and well-managed systems that meet regulatory standards and support business needs.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Corporate Process Owner will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Oversee end-to-end governance of CSV and Access Management processes to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
• Manage and maintain all process documentation including policies, SOPs, guidelines, and translations, ensuring timely reviews and updates.
• Develop and implement training strategies for stakeholders, including training material preparation and completion tracking.
• Lead the network of Entity Process Owners (EPOs), acting as the primary point of contact for process questions, regulatory intelligence, and process tools.
• Identify risks and opportunities for process improvements, proactively addressing gaps observed during audits and inspections.
• Drive initiatives to harmonize processes and improve efficiency across entities, ensuring inspection readiness at all times.
• Manage changes to processes, collaborating with relevant departments to seek endorsement and communicate updates effectively.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and expertise.
• As the Corporate Process Owner, you will ensure continuous compliance with GxP regulations and industry standards.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Corporate Process Owner, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
• A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance / Quality Management for QA roles)
• Proven experience in managing CSV or Access Management processes within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of GxP regulations, industry standards, and audit support.
• Demonstrable ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to manage change and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
• As the Corporate Process Owner, you will maintain a proactive approach to risk management and process inspection readiness.
