Customer Service Representative - Swedish

We are currently looking for a Medical Customer Service Representative - Swedish to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the London/Surrey area on an initial 12 month contract. As the Medical Customer Service Representative – Swedish, you will provide quality medical information to Healthcare Professionals and patients.

Based at a modern site with hybrid working options, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate responses to medical inquiries, supporting continuous process improvements, and maintaining high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction across multiple markets.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties as the Medical Customer Service Representative – Swedish will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
 

  1. As the Medical Customer Service Representative – Swedish, you will provide technical and medical information to Healthcare Professionals and patients in Swedish and English, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service.
  2. As the Medical Customer Service Representative – Swedish, you will research and respond to inquiries received through multiple channels, documenting all interactions accurately and within regulatory guidelines.
  3. As the Medical Customer Service Representative – Swedish, you will identify, report, and escalate adverse events and product quality complaints promptly.
  4. Support second-line content management activities and therapeutic area team escalations where applicable.
  5. As the Medical Customer Service Representative – Swedish, you will maintain effective communication with colleagues and support continuous improvement initiatives.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Medical Customer Service Representative – Swedish, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
 
  1. A Degree or higher level in a life science/healthcare field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance / Quality Management).
  2. Proven experience of 1-2 years in medical information, customer service, or relevant roles.
  3. Fluency in English and Swedish (C2, mother tongue), with strong oral and written communication skills.
  4. An understanding of regulatory and compliance issues relating to medical information.
