We are currently looking for a Genesis – SME E&I (small current) to join a leading biopharmaceutical sector based on a global scale. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineering professional to become an integral part of our client’s innovative GENESIS project, supporting the development and implementation of critical electrical systems.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Genesis – SME E&I will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Serve as the technical referent for contracts related to small current electrical systems within the project, ensuring compliance and technical excellence.
- Develop, review, and approve specifications, calculations, and drawings associated with electrical systems in line with project requirements.
- Act as the sole point of contact (SPOC) for selected contractors, managing communication and coordination to ensure successful installation and delivery.
- Oversee the contract as the package owner, including planning, budgeting, and quality assurance of the electrical work.
- As the Genesis – SME E&I you will ensure all activities meet safety, GMP, environmental, and regulatory standards.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Genesis – SME E&I we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience working on CAPEX projects with a minimum of 5 years in industrial and/or pharmaceutical engineering environments.
- Extensive knowledge of safety standards, GMP, and environmental regulatory compliance.
- Experience in legal conformity, energization processes, and qualification including ASTM E2500 verification is preferred.
