We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Designer to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company that operates within GMP environments. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electrical professional to contribute to high-volume small projects and modifications driven by production needs. The role is primarily based at our client's facility, with occasional remote work options after onboarding, offering a dynamic and compliant work environment focused on innovative pharmaceutical solutions.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with an internal designer, providing electrical design expertise and technical guidance to ensure project standards are met. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIE
Your duties as the Electrical Designer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
&u25E6; Produce detailed electrical schematics, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards and GMP rules.
&u25E6; Prepare and validate electrical calculation notes, including dimensioning, identifying inconsistencies, and proposing practical solutions.
&u25E6; Update layouts for electrical cabinets, electrical plans, and GMP-related plans to align with project requirements.
&u25E6; Analyze field data and recommend 2-3 technical solutions considering site constraints; perform occasional field inspections for clarification.
&u25E6; As the Electrical Designer, you will rigorously apply GMP regulations and internal standards across all project phases.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Electrical Designer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
⊛ A Degree or higher level in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related technical field.
⊛ Proven hands-on electrical expertise at a senior level, with extensive experience in producing and justifying technical solutions within industrial settings, preferably pharma.
⊛ Proficiency in MicroStation or AutoCAD (MicroStation being used internally), with a solid understanding of dimensioning, cabling, electrical protections, and impacts within regulated environments.
