We are currently looking for an experienced Engineering Support professional to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the North West area of the UK. As the Engineering Support professional, you will be responsible for supporting the installation, integration, and lifecycle maintenance of a highly complex piece of equipment being introduced into a new aseptic cleanroom facility featuring a Grade A filling line.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Engineering Support professional will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Support the installation, commissioning, and validation of the Grade A filling line and associated equipment.
2. Collaborate with project engineering, validation, and QA teams during cleanroom build and qualification phases.
3. Gain deep technical understanding of the new equipment and act as the technical SME post-installation.
4. Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support to ensure reliable, compliant operation.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Engineering Support professional, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Automation Engineering.
2. Proven industry experience in aseptic or sterile manufacturing environments (Grade A/B cleanrooms).
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with filling lines, isolators, or sterile processing equipment.
