

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for an Evidence Synthesis Manager to join a leading global bio/pharmaceutical company within their Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and Payers organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to shaping payer strategies and translating them into high-quality, decision-ready evidence that supports asset and access success.
This 12-month contract role offers a unique chance to work on critical global initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain core payer evidence and value deliverables. The position provides exposure to asset-level strategies, external partnerships, and opportunities for future leadership development—all within a dynamic, innovative environment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Evidence Synthesis Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Lead the development, maintenance, and timely delivery of core payer evidence and value deliverables, including GVDs, DARs, value narratives, and objection handlers, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support the creation of the Market Access Strategy Summary (MASS) by providing evidence-based inputs, drafting support, and translating strategic assumptions into decision-ready materials.
• Identify evidence gaps and access risks by collaborating with Health Economics and Real World Evidence teams to inform evidence generation and inclusion in governance forums.
• Assist in preparing payer evidence and value narratives for key asset and access discussions, providing evidence-based insights without owning governance or decision-making processes.
• Enable regional and local teams by delivering globally aligned evidence tools, value narratives, and objection handlers, supporting local adaptations aligned with global strategy.
• Coordinate with external experts and partners to strengthen payer-relevant value communication and contribute to scientific publications and abstracts as appropriate.
• As the Evidence Synthesis Manager, you will support global initiatives and contribute to strategic documentation and external engagement activities.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Evidence Synthesis Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
• A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Outcomes Strategy, Pharmaceutical Sciences).
• Proven experience supporting global or asset-level payer evidence projects within the (bio)pharmaceutical industry or consulting.
• Experience collaborating with external partners, supporting evidence generation, and contributing to scientific communications.
• Understanding of payer and HTA decision-making processes in at least one major market.
