Global Physical Asset Manager

We are currently looking for a Global Physical Asset Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Global Physical Asset Manager, you will be responsible for optimising risk, performance, and total investment across the full lifecycle of assets.

This is a hybrid mission until the end of 2025, with likely extension depending on performance.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Global Physical Asset Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Global Physical Asset Manager, you will deploy the asset management strategy and associated programs across manufacturing, clinical manufacturing, and development sites.

2. As the Global Physical Asset Manager, you will enhance collaboration across Global Physical Asset Management functions, including standards, technologies, and asset information.

3. As the Global Physical Asset Manager, you will define and implement global asset assessment methodologies and policies, considering safety, compliance, obsolescence, and performance.

4. As the Global Physical Asset Manager, you will lead equipment assessment programs to ensure compliance with updated safety standards and propose mitigation strategies where necessary.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Global Physical Asset Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a technical field such as Civil Engineering or Bioengineering.

2. Proven industry experience in pharmaceuticals, maintenance operations, asset management, risk management, or strategic planning.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with program/project management.
