HR Business Partner

ROLE OVERVIEW

An exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join a leading organization in supporting and enabling business performance, growth, and talent management within a dynamic hub or site environment. Based within the human resources function, this role offers a strategic and influential position partnering closely with senior leaders to shape people strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment with global policies and company ethos.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior managers, driving initiatives around organizational design, talent attraction, employee engagement, and workforce planning. This is a pivotal role for someone who is passionate about shaping an inclusive, high-performance culture and influencing change at a regional level.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties as the HR Business Partner will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning to support business objectives.
  • Lead and support talent attraction initiatives, including managing senior recruitment, onboarding, and establishing relations with local educational institutions and STEM groups.
  • Drive performance management, coaching managers on feedback, development, and succession planning, while maintaining effective talent development processes.
  • Champion and promote a positive culture aligned with the company's values, contributing to employee engagement and retention programs.
  • As the HR Business Partner, you will ensure the accurate maintenance of HR data, compliance with employment law, and support HR projects and change management initiatives.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HR Business Partner, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

  • A Degree or higher level in HR or a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Development); Masters preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR generalist or HRBP supporting leaders and teams within a global or matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive change, and lead HR projects.
