HR Knowledge Management Specialist

We are recruiting a HR Knowledge Management Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Greater Manchester Area. As the HR Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing knowledge sharing practices and driving engagement around knowledge content within the organisation.

This is an initial 6 month contract on a hybrid working basis.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties as the HR Knowledge Management Specialist will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the HR Knowledge Management Specialist, you will develop, implement, and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible HR information.

2. As the HR Knowledge Management Specialist, you will co-create an AI implementation in HR with a focus on ticket deflection and knowledge management.

3. As the HR Knowledge Management Specialist, you will collaborate with HR teams globally to ensure available documentation and information for processes, policies, and data is standardised, created, and consistent.

4. As the HR Knowledge Management Specialist, you will review, validate, and upload global and local HR documentation into the defined document management systems, ensuring all relevant information is captured.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HR Knowledge Management Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a related field or solid work experience in Knowledge Management and/or AI projects, ideally with an HR background.

2. Proven industry experience in knowledge management, HR support services, employee engagement, or change management within a global organisation.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with HR processes, policies, and systems.
