HR Project Manager

We are recuruiting a HR Project Delivery Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Surrey/London border. As the HR Project Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of HR projects across HR Operations and broader HR teams, ensuring efficiency and cost reduction while contributing significantly to overall business objectives.

This is a remote position with one site visit per month, and an initial 9-12 month contract.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the HR Project Delivery Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the HR Project Delivery Specialist, you will provide project management support for various HR projects across HR Operations and broader HR teams.

2. As the HR Project Delivery Specialist, you will ensure effective governance of HR projects, including reporting standards for steering committee, executive, and board meetings.

3. As the HR Project Delivery Specialist, you will manage communications related to HR projects, collaborating with HR function members through common HR communication plans and activities.

4. As the HR Project Delivery Specialist, you will develop selection criteria for projects receiving PMO support and design project dashboards for stakeholder reporting.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HR Project Delivery Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a related field.

2. Proven industry experience in project management within HR. Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is highly advantantageous.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with HRIS applications and complementary HR software solutions.
