

ROLE OVERVIEW
A leading Pharmaceutical company is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Services Advisor to join their team in Manchester. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working two days a week onsite and three days from home. As the Human Resources Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for assigned client groups, providing timely and accurate information and advice on policies, procedures, administrative and operational issues.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Human Resources Services Advisor will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Act as the point of contact for service-related questions for hiring managers, employees, and other HR team members, managing HR requests end-to-end, including tracking and tracing.
2. Provide best-in-class customer service, aiming to resolve queries and issues quickly, always striving to go the extra mile. Offer ad-hoc support and advice in the delivery of HR calendar events.
3. Use multiple HR and Payroll systems to support the resolution of customer queries and share customer feedback with Service Specialists to suggest new HR technology solutions.
4. Monitor the quality of transactional work produced by the Hubs and key HR Services metrics, initiate changes in Workday as defined by the process, and contribute to local projects impacting Human Resources.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Human Resources Services Advisor, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in Workforce Administration and Payroll.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with HR systems and payroll activities.
4. Fluent in Spanish and English
