

ROLE OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking an Intercontinental Learning Partner to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Berkshire. As the Intercontinental Learning Partner, you will be the key driver of the intercontinental learning strategy, aligning with the brand's strategy and working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive learning plans.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Intercontinental Learning Partner will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Planning, developing, and executing commercial launch plans during a busy launch period in intercontinental markets.
2. Proactively gathering insights into stakeholder needs and identifying how learning and development can best support these needs.
3. Updating stakeholders on the latest relevant learning and development solutions available from global and European teams, and customizing these for intercontinental use.
4. Coordinating the smooth implementation of learning experiences, including planning, briefing, and troubleshooting.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Intercontinental Learning Partner we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a scientific, business, or engineering discipline.
2. Proven industry experience in developing and executing commercial learning launch plans.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with educational design, theoretical frameworks for learning planning, and adult learning principles.
