Legal Administrator

ROLE OVERVIEW

A leading organisation in the legal sector is seeking a dedicated Legal Administrator to join their team in Surrey. This role offers the chance to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth running of the Legal Department and helping the team achieve its business objectives.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Legal Administrator will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Provide general administrative support, including financial-related tasks such as raising Purchase Orders and liaising with vendors for payment matters.

2. Organise diaries, book rooms, arrange travel, and manage expenses.

3. Compile reports and support ad hoc document requests, including formatting, proofreading, and creating PowerPoint slide decks.

4. Organise teleconferences, Teams meetings, and videoconferences as required, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Legal Administrator, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Minimum HNC, ‘A’ level, NVQ3, Secretarial qualification or equivalent.

2. Proven experience in a legal environment is preferable.

3. Expertise in utilising MS Office and various databases, including typing, input, updating, and reporting.

4. Experience in dealing with internal company stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to liaise credibly and challenge appropriately, considering cultural differences.
