

We are recruiting a Legal Administrator to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the London/Surrey area. As the Legal Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Legal Department, contributing to the team’s success in achieving its business objectives.
This is an initial 12 month contract with possible extension. This role offers 4 days p/w remote, 1 day p/w onsite (For the first month likely will be onsite 2 days p/w to aid training)
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Legal Administrator will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Legal Administrator, you will provide general administrative support, including raising Purchase Orders and liaising with vendors for payment-related matters.
2. As the Legal Administrator, you will organise diaries, book rooms, arrange travel, and manage expenses to ensure seamless operations.
3. As the Legal Administrator, you will compile reports, format documents, proofread, and create PowerPoint slide decks as needed.
4. As the Legal Administrator, you will maintain confidentiality, organise teleconferences, Teams meetings, and videoconferences, and manage document formatting.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Legal Administrator we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field or equivalent qualification such as HNC, ‘A’ level, NVQ3, or Secretarial qualification.
2. Proven industry experience in a legal environment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with MS Office and various databases, including typing, input, updating, and reporting.
