Maintenance Technician

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join a leading Chemical Manufacturing company based in the Cheshire area. As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes and supporting equipment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Maintenance Technician will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Perform routine maintenance procedures and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical problems.

2. Collaborate with the maintenance, operations, quality, and engineering teams to ensure efficient production.

3. Interact with specialised external contractors to maintain safety and efficiency.

4. Model and promote a positive culture in line with company values.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Maintenance Technician we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a mechanical discipline.

2. Proven industry experience in hands-on maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with electronic maintenance management systems.
