

ROLE OVERVIEW
An established and highly respected organisation within the scientific instrumentation sector is looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to support the continued growth of its UK and Ireland operations.
With significant experience operating across the Life Science and Pharmaceutical sectors, the company supplies and manufactures specialist laboratory equipment for a broad range of customers across industry and academia.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Marketing Executive will include:
Campaign Management: Plan, build and deliver email campaigns, social media activity, and digital/print advertising. Track and analyse performance to support continuous improvement.
Content Creation: Develop engaging product spotlights, scientific articles, case studies and technical content that make complex topics accessible and compelling.
Website & SEO: Maintain and update product pages, improve SEO rankings and ensure a smooth, user-focused website experience.
Event Coordination: Support the organisation and delivery of a wide portfolio of exhibitions and trade shows, ensuring all activity aligns with brand standards.
Marketing Operations: Maintain marketing collateral, ensure accuracy of data, and support internal teams with materials that enhance customer engagement.
Insights & Reporting: Measure lead generation, engagement levels and campaign outcomes, producing reports and recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, office staff and external agencies to deliver consistent, high-impact marketing.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
You will be degree qualified in a Marketing or Scientific discipline and previous marketing experience working within the Life Science sector, preferably for a laboratory equipment distributor and/or manufacturer.
You will have a strong digital marketing background, comfortable with websites, email platforms, and social ads, and ready to get stuck in with AI tools.
Strong communication skills - able to write clearly, concisely and creatively, including scientific and technical content.
