

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join a global Pharmaceutical company based in the Surrey area on a hybrid basis. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining product strategy, implementing tactical plans, and driving brand growth.
This is an initial 12 month contract with possible extension and offers hybrid working.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Marketing Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute brand strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans within allocated marketing budgets.
2. As the Marketing Manager, you will conduct market research programmes and gather market insights to anticipate market developments and ensure brand growth.
3. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional local/regional brand teams, ensuring the execution of integrated product strategy plans and promotional activities.
4. As the Marketing Manager, you will monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses, evaluating the marketing mix to ensure cost-effectiveness and achieving business objectives.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Marketing Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in brand management or marketing within a similar setting.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with market research, promotional campaign development, and budget management.
