

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Senior Partner & Channel Sales Manager to join a dynamic, innovative technology company based in the US, with offices in key innovation hubs. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to play a pivotal role in strengthening partner relationships and expanding the company’s channel sales footprint across both domestic and international markets.
This role offers a vital chance to influence growth strategies and collaborate with industry-leading partners, all within a forward-thinking environment focused on enterprise SaaS and R&D software solutions.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Senior Partner & Channel Sales Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Develop and execute effective partner relationship strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with key channel partners, ensuring mutual success.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Drive channel sales initiatives through active engagement, training, and support.
• As the Senior Partner & Channel Sales Manager, you will oversee regional and international travel (approximately 25%), supporting client meetings and strategic partner development.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Senior Partner & Channel Sales Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
• A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Sales, Technology)
• Proven experience in partner relationship management and channel sales, preferably within enterprise SaaS or R&D software sectors.
• Demonstrable success in building strategic partnerships and driving sales growth through channel channels.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
This role offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $155,000 plus additional performance-based compensation and a 5% partnership fee.
