We are currently looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join a leading health-tech company based in the healthcare sector. As part of our client's pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in supporting daily pharmacy operations, ensuring medications are dispensed accurately and efficiently, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Pharmacy Technician will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Support the daily operations of the pharmacy by accurately preparing, packing, and shipping prescription medications in line with pharmacy laws and guidelines.
- Troubleshoot medication dispenser issues with patients and perform stock cleanings and inventory checks to maintain accurate medication levels.
- Prepare and package medications, ensuring labels, dosage instructions, and auxiliary labels are correct and compliant.
- Assist in managing pharmacy inventory, including receiving, restocking, and organizing supplies to ensure medication availability.
- As the Pharmacy Technician you will collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a smooth workflow, uphold safety protocols, and adhere to infection control standards.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Pharmacy Technician we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy Technology, Pharmaceutical Science, Healthcare Science).
- Proven experience working in a pharmacy environment, with a good understanding of pharmacy operations and relevant regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work proactively and independently.
