

We are currently seeking a Process Specialist to join a leading biopharmaceutical organization supporting a major digital transformation program within R&D. As the Process Specialist, you will be responsible for modernizing R&D processes to enable a data-driven operating model. The successful candidate will contribute to a global initiative aimed at reforming a multitude of processes across research, development, and regulatory functions, helping to drive efficiency and future-proof workflows.
This mission can offer fully remote working and is initially a contract until the end of November 2026, with likely extension.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Your duties as the Process Engineer will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- As the Process Specialist, you will translate future-state process designs into detailed, implementable workflows ensuring alignment with project goals and compliance standards.
- As the Process Specialist, you will drive process rewiring by refining governance structures, defining clear responsibilities, and harmonizing operating practices across teams.
- As the Process Specialist, you will participate in workshops with process owners, SMEs, and squad members to capture, structure, and document process details accurately.
- As the Process Specialist, you will contribute to the development of standardized templates, procedural documents, SOP updates, and KPIs to support consistent operating practices.
- As the Process Specialist, you will act as a bridge between process design and execution, facilitating process adoption and sustainability across teams.
- As the Process Specialist, you will identify process gaps or improvement opportunities and escalate them to ensure continuous enhancement initiatives are implemented.
- As the Process Specialist, you will ensure documentation remains accurate, clear, and compliant with enterprise standards.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Process Engineer, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance / Quality Management).
- Proven experience in process analysis, re-engineering complex workflows, or large-scale transformation within matrixed or agile environments.
- Strong process documentation skills and the ability to operate independently with structured thinking.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills, with fluency in English.
