Production Line

 

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pharmaceutical Production Line Contractor to support our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring our pharmaceutical products are produced, packaged, and labelled in line with regulatory standards and company SOPs. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor machinery on the pharmaceutical production line
  • Set up, clean, and maintain production equipment according to SOPs
  • Perform in-process quality checks and complete batch documentation accurately
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or deviations from process parameters
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the production area in compliance with GMP
  • Assist with packaging and labeling of pharmaceutical products
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and other departments as needed

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working on a pharmaceutical or regulated production line
  • Solid understanding of GMP and relevant regulatory requirements (MHRA, FDA, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends or nights if required
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks (e.g., lifting, standing for long periods)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Right to work in United Kingdom

Desirable:
  • Prior experience as a contractor in a sterile, high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with automated filling, blister packing, or cleanroom operations
  • Technical/vocational qualification in a science or engineering discipline
