Back to Job SearchWe are recruiting a Project Control Lead to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Project Control Lead you will be managing the project control of medium to extra-large capital investment projects within the engineering portfolio.
This is an initial 6 month contract with possible extension. The mission can offer hybrid working (2 days remote) per week and the available budget is 640-700 per day.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Project Control Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Project Control Lead you will monitor and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with approved financial plans, and prepare cost reports for stakeholders.
2. As the Project Control Lead you will identify financial and schedule risks impacting project delivery, maintain a risk register, and perform scenario analyses to assess potential impacts.
3. As the Project Control Lead you will track and evaluate change requests for impact on cost, schedule, and resources, ensuring proper documentation and approval of scope changes.
4. As the Project Control Lead you will prepare and deliver regular project control reports, support governance meetings with accurate data, and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Project Control Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in project/cost control within the pharmaceutical or a similar industry.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and Planisware.
