

ROLE OVERVIEW
An exciting leadership QA Manager opportunity has been newly created to provide operational excellence across the Quality team. This role is integral to ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within their GMP facility, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the Quality function, directly supporting innovative research.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the QA Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Provide strategic and operational leadership for the GMP QA team, ensuring clear objectives and delivery against organisational priorities.
2. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the GMP QA framework, embedding quality principles across processes, systems, and personnel.
3. Lead internal audits, external inspections, and customer audits, ensuring full readiness and rapid resolution of findings.
4. Oversee the review and release of investigational product batches, confirming compliance with GMP requirements and suitability for their intended use.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the QA Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in life sciences or equivalent.
2. Proven industry experience in GMP QA within a manufacturing environment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with system qualification and method validation.
