Back to Job SearchA leading Pharmaceutical company is seeking a QC Raw Materials Scientist to join their team in the Berkshire area. This is a fully onsite, six-month position offers a dynamic and supportive environment where you can utilise your skills and grow professionally.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the QC Raw Materials Scientist will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Sampling raw materials, generating sampling labels, and transferring raw materials on GMP electronic systems.
2. Maintaining the clean room environment, ensuring calibration dates for the room and equipment are up-to-date, and coordinating with other departments.
3. Documenting all processes in logbooks and GMP documents, and ensuring the accurate return and storage of raw material containers.
4. Training and supporting junior team members, maintaining the sampling room's inventory, and assisting with audits and quality records.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the QC Raw Materials Sampling Scientist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Chemistry or a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in a laboratory environment, particularly with GMP.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with chemical/biochemical techniques and methods, as well as data reporting.
