

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Quality Advisor to join a leading research institute based in a vibrant scientific environment. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Quality Advisor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage, improve, and administer the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance and continuous enhancement.
- Undertake quality investigations, perform root cause analysis, and prepare dashboards for trend analysis and performance tracking.
- Conduct internal audits in accordance with international standards and prepare documentation for external assessments, customer visits, and information requests.
- Deliver quality training across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- As the Quality Advisor, you will support change management processes, facilitate process improvements, and promote best practices organisation-wide.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Quality Advisor we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in a life sciences field (e.g., Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Quality Assurance, Quality Management).
- Proven experience working within a laboratory environment, preferably in a diagnostic or research setting, with knowledge of ISO/ IEC 17025.
- Effective communication skills capable of translating technical information for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training and support quality improvement initiatives.
