

We are recruiting an R2R (Record 2 Report) Supervisor to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Manchester area. As the R2R (Record 2 Report) Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Record to Report process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and continuous process improvement.
This is an initial 6 month contract with likely extension thereafter. The successful candidate must be site based in Central Manchester 2 days per week.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the R2R Supervisor will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the R2R (Record 2 Report) Supervisor, you will supervise daily operations of the R2R team, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
2. As the R2R (Record 2 Report) Supervisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into R2R solutions.
3. As the R2R (Record 2 Report) Supervisor, you will continuously review and enhance financial and accounting processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
4. As the R2R (Record 2 Report) Supervisor, you will identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the R2R Supervisor, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Business Management or Finance.
2. Proven industry experience in SAP R2R processes.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with accounting and financial principles and standards.
