

We are delighted to be hiring a Recruitment Operations Manager for a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Surrey/London border. As the Recruitment Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence across recruitment processes, systems, and service delivery.
This is a remote working position with 2 days per month of on site presence. This is an initial 6 month contract but could be extended in future due to business pipeline and size.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Recruitment Operations Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Recruitment Operations Manager, you will partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to translate strategic hiring goals into operational plans, ensuring recruitment delivery is aligned, efficient, and continuously evolving through feedback loops and performance insights.
2. As the Recruitment Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment function, embedding a culture of continuous improvement to enhance process efficiency, service quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Regularly review workflows to identify and implement enhancements.
3. As the Recruitment Operations Manager, you will use data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive iterative improvements in recruitment performance.
4. As the Recruitment Operations Manager, you will lead the refinement and standardisation of recruitment processes, applying continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive consistency, reduce inefficiencies, and improve speed and quality of hire.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Recruitment Operations Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in managing or supporting recruitment operations in a fast-paced, multi-region environment. Ideally worked in Talent Acquisition within a Global Pharmaceutical company
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with ATS and recruitment tools, with a focus on optimisation and automation.
