

We are recruiting a Reliability Engineer to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Hertfordshire area for an initial 6 month contract. As the Reliability Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing a sustainable reliability program to mitigate reliability risks and enhance operational efficiency.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Reliability Engineer will be varied, however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Reliability Engineer, you will support the development and implementation of the reliability program, ensuring alignment with cGMP and GEP standards.
2. As the Reliability Engineer, you will identify and manage asset reliability risks, guiding efforts to ensure the reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, and safety systems.
3. As the Reliability Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical engineering support, training, and coaching in equipment performance and reliability.
4. As the Reliability Engineer, you will perform analyses of assets, including asset utilisation, mean time between failures, overall equipment effectiveness, and other parameters defining operating conditions and costs.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Reliability Engineer, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related engineering field.
2. Proven industry experience in reliability engineering within a production environment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with statistical process control, Six Sigma methodology, and reliability risk assessment tools.
