Research Associate

We are currently looking for a Research Associate to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area. As the Research Associate, you will be responsible for performing complex experiments, contributing to experimental design, and training junior associates.

This role is an initial 3 month contract with possible extension.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Research Associate will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Research Associate, you will perform complex experiments and analyse and interpret results.

2. As the Research Associate, you will contribute to experimental design and project planning.

3. As the Research Associate, you will perform AKTA Protein Purification.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Research Associate, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in Life Sciences.

2. Proven industry experience in relevant laboratory techniques and maintenance.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with GLP standards, MEA / AKTA purification, CE-SDS, and icief.
