Senior E&I Engineer

We are recruiting a Senior E&I Engineer to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Senior E&I Engineer you will be the technical point of contact for installation from an E&I perspective, package owner (ensuring high standards in planning, budget management, and quality of realisation) and supplier contact for contractors.

This is a mission starting ASAP (2nd February) until the end of August 2026, with likely extension and the available rate is 640-720 per day.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Senior E&I Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Senior E&I Engineer you will serve as the expert in your area of expertise, authoring specifications, calculations, and drawings.

2. As the Senior E&I Engineer you will act as the point of contact (POC) for contractors selected to build installations within your field.

3. As the Senior E&I Engineer you will manage the contract as the package owner, overseeing planning, budget, and quality of realisation.

4. As the Senior E&I Engineer you will ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and environmental regulatory requirements.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Senior E&I Engineer  we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in Engineering or a related field.

2. Extensive industry experience in CAPEX projects within industrial and/or pharmaceutical environments, as well as Automation/E&I systems including Siemens.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with legal conformity, energisation processes, and qualification (knowledge of Verification ASTM E2500 is a plus).
