Our client is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst Microsoft Dynamics CRM to join a prominent technology company based in the Brussels area. As the Senior Functional Analyst Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of Dynamics 365, replacing existing software and ensuring seamless integration.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Senior Functional Analyst Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Analyse internal customer needs, collect and prioritise their questions, and design a prototype in Dynamics for validation.
2. Communicate validated requirements and prototypes to developers, test delivered solutions, and coordinate customer testing and validation.
3. Ensure efficient and independent team operation according to scrum principles, with potential for growth into a product owner role or coaching junior analysts.
4. Conduct quality assurance, write test scenarios, document test results, solve testing problems, and implement improvement actions.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Senior Functional Analyst Microsoft Dynamics CRM we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
2. Extensive industry experience in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement CRM and configuration of Dynamics D365 CRM, Sales, Servicing, and/or Omnichannel.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodology, process modelling, user stories, acceptance criteria, and tools such as JIRA and SVN.
