Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, based in Anderlecht. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing major projects that impact the entire organisation and its clients.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Project Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop and manage a comprehensive program management roadmap consisting of multiple projects.
2. Ensure effective people management within various teams, defining timelines and milestones for projects.
3. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, managing risks and issues related to project delivery.
4. Ensure compliance with standards and best practices across all projects, while proactively proposing technical solutions and innovations.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Project Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
2. Extensive industry experience in portfolio management and program/project management within the IT sector.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Planview, MS Project, enterprise governance tools, and ITIL methodology.
