A leading life sciences company based in Berkshire, is currently seeking a Senior CAPEX Project Planner to join their dynamic team. As the Senior Project Planner, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining a master schedule, integrating the capital expenditure (CAPEX) schedule, and planning / scheduling the operational readiness and business improvement elements of the project.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Senior CAPEX Project Planner will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop and maintain fully coordinated master project schedules.
2. Align with cross-functional teams to build baseline schedules and project planning documents.
3. Track project progress and analyse critical path and near-critical activities.
4. Identify and address schedule variances with proactive planning and risk mitigation.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Senior CAPEX Project Planner we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree qualification is a STEM related discipline or similar.
2. Proven industry experience in large-scale CAPEX project planning (ideally > £150m to £500M).
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Oracle.
