We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join a leading technology sector project based in the London area. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee a critical server integration at a high-profile data centre over an 8-week period. The role offers a unique chance to demonstrate leadership skills and make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced and technically demanding environment.
This position is perfect for someone with proven experience in project management and a strong understanding of data centre operations, particularly during night shifts. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of the project and maintaining the highest safety standards.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE
Your duties as the Site Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Oversee the server integration process, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth project execution.

Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed, particularly during night shifts from 7pm to 7am.

As the Site Manager, you will be the key point of contact for project progress and safety compliance.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Site Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
• A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Data Centre Management, Project Management)
• Proven industry experience in project management within the technology sector, with a focus on data centres or server integration
• A working knowledge and practical experience with SMSTS Training
