A leading company in the biopharmaceutical industry is seeking a Sterilisation Expert for a 3-month mission based near Marseille. This role offers a unique chance to leverage your expertise in sterilisation processes while contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge industrial equipment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Sterilisation Expert will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop strategies and prepare qualification protocols for category 2 processes at Sterigenics Minerbio, including ordering and report validation.
2. Review and update PQ pallets for upcoming reloads, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.
3. Enhance PQ management processes at Aubagne and deepen the understanding of OQ/PQ reports from Ionisos, Steris, and Sterigenics.
4. Define performance indicators for Aubagne's activities and improve the process and control at the pre-sterilisation level.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Sterilisation Expert we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
2. Proven industry experience in sterilisation processes and qualification protocols.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with OQ/PQ reports and performance indicators.
