Training Strategy Lead

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a Training Strategy Lead to join a leading Pharmaceutical networking company based in a hybrid working environment with a London based. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to shape and direct the development of innovative training strategies that will enhance our client’s professional development offerings and support their growth objectives.

As a key driver for strategic training initiatives, the Training Strategy Lead will develop and oversee bespoke training programmes, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client requirements. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic planning, relationship management, and delivering impactful learning solutions that boost revenue and reputation.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE

Your duties as the Training Strategy Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• To identify, develop, and oversee bespoke, client-specific training programmes that meet client needs and support our client’s strategic goals.
• To build and maintain a pool of qualified consultant trainers, establishing governance, engagement, and operational procedures aligned with private training strategies.
• To act as the primary contact for private training clients, translating their needs into tailored content and delivery formats, and managing ongoing client relationships.
• To develop and present proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring opportunities for membership or additional services are incorporated to enhance client value.
• As the Training Strategy Lead you will support the Global Professional Development team, ensuring training delivery meets standards, client expectations, and profitability targets.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Training Strategy Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

• A Degree or higher level in a related, ideally Life Sciences field (e.g. Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic training initiatives, corporate learning programmes, or related client engagement activities within a training or professional development environment.
• Strong project management, organisational, and client relationship skills, with the ability to manage complex programs and adapt to diverse client needs.
