An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Europe. This role offers the chance to oversee vital construction projects within a dynamic and fast-paced industry, playing a key part in the development of state-of-the-art facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple high-profile projects, ensuring they meet all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Construction Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Lead and manage construction projects, including both non-GMP greenfield and GMP brownfield sites, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with all relevant standards.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to mitigate potential issues and ensure smooth project progression.
• Implement and maintain high standards of safety and quality control throughout all phases of construction.
• As the Construction Manager you will ensure projects adhere to industry standards and client requirements.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Construction Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
• A Degree or higher level in a construction-related field.
• Proven industry experience in managing pharmaceutical construction projects.
• A working knowledge and practical experience with both GMP and non-GMP environments.
• Fluency in German and strong stakeholder management skills.
