We are currently looking for a Construction Scheduler to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the success of complex construction projects within the life sciences industry.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines are met efficiently. This role offers the chance to work on both greenfield and brownfield GMP construction projects, providing valuable experience in a highly regulated sector.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Construction Scheduler will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for multiple pharmaceutical construction projects.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure timelines are met and resources are optimised.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• As the Construction Scheduler, you will support project delivery through detailed planning and proactive problem-solving.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Construction Scheduler, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
• A Degree or higher level in a construction-related field.
• Proven industry experience in construction scheduling within the pharmaceutical sector.
• A working knowledge and practical experience with project management software and scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with local teams and stakeholders.
