

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a leading staffing solutions provider as they enter their next phase of growth into 2026 and beyond. Based remotely, this exciting opportunity is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to take ownership and make a tangible impact through proactive digital and social media activities. In this role, you will contribute directly to attracting talent, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting the company's growth journey.
This is not a support role; it offers hands-on involvement and direct exposure to senior leadership, providing a platform for rapid development and influence within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Digital Marketing Executive will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Drive digital marketing efforts and social media engagement, particularly across LinkedIn, to support employer branding and talent attraction
- Create and curate content that enhances hiring campaigns, builds brand awareness, and encourages audience engagement
- Support lead generation campaigns that have a direct impact on business growth and client acquisition
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with commercial goals
- As the Digital Marketing Executive you will test new ideas, analyse campaign performance, and continually optimise initiatives for better results
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Digital Marketing Executive we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Proven proactive attitude with curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to take responsibility
