Our client is seeking a dynamic Engineering expert to join a prestigious pharmaceutical company based in the Brussels area. In this position, you will be at the forefront of CAPEX investment projects, automation projects, and providing essential support to the packaging team.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Project Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Lead delivery projects in automation, packaging, and medical devices, ensuring know-how transfer to project customers.
2. Provide expertise from the design phase to system implementation and support strategic projects across pharmaceutical plants.
3. Evaluate feasibility and risks of CAPEX projects, manage suppliers, support qualification, and organize technical transfers.
4. Identify and implement technical solutions to improve plant capacities, efficiency, and quality compliance.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Project Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a technical or engineering field.
2. Extensive industry experience in regulated technical fields within the pharmaceutical sector.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with automation, packaging, medical devices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
