An exciting role awaits a skilled HVAC CQV Lead to join a leading engineering company based in North Carolina. As the HVAC CQV Lead, you will be at the forefront of planning, preparing, and leading a field execution team of commissioning and qualification specialists. Your expertise will ensure that HVAC commissioning activities meet budget, schedule, and methodology objectives in line with the Project Commissioning and Qualification Plan, while also adhering to URS, GMP, Safety, and environmental standards.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the HVAC CQV Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Leading and coordinating a team of commissioning and qualification specialists, operations personnel, system leads/engineers, document controllers, and external vendors and contractors.
2. Planning and scheduling commissioning activities according to the Project Commissioning and Qualification Plan, ensuring key project milestones are met and fostering collaboration with Quality.
3. Guiding and controlling the CQ execution, ensuring all pre-requisites are fulfilled, safety training is conducted, and interfaces are coordinated effectively.
4. Tracking and reporting commissioning progress, managing deficiencies, and ensuring compliance with qualification requirements.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HVAC CQV Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Engineering or Science, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or Pharmaceutical Engineering.
2. Proven industry experience in Utility & HVAC Commissioning and Qualification.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with biopharma or pharmaceutical manufacturing, including compliance, qualification, and quality aspects.
