We are currently looking for an HVAC Lead to join a leading Life Science company based in the North Carolina area. An exciting opportunity for an HVAC Lead to contribute to a Greenfield project within the life sciences sector, ensuring the effective deployment and operation of critical HVAC systems in a cutting-edge environment. This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic engineering team and play a pivotal part in a major new facility development.
This position is ideal for someone with proven experience in HVAC systems within life sciences, bringing technical expertise and leadership to support a high-profile Greenfield project from start to finish.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the HVAC Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Lead and manage the HVAC engineering team, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC systems with other project components.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise and troubleshooting support throughout the project lifecycle.
- As the HVAC Lead, you will ensure all project deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HVAC Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven extensive industry experience in HVAC systems, particularly within Greenfield life science projects.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with HVAC design, installation, and commissioning in drug product environments.
