We are currently looking for a Site Automated Visual Inspection and Leak Detection Lead to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site located in Dhuram.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Site Automated Visual Inspection and Leak Detection Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
• Serve as the SME for all visual inspection and leak detection issues, liaising with cross-functional teams to provide expertise and ensure process excellence.
• Lead the design, development, and validation of inspection and leak detection systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and training programs for manual and automated inspection techniques.
• Stay current with emerging technologies—including AI—to evaluate and incorporate innovative solutions that improve detection accuracy and efficiency.
• As the Lead, you will ensure ongoing technical skill development within the inspection team and support continuous improvement initiatives.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Site Automated Visual Inspection and Leak Detection Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
• A Degree or higher level in Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience with automated inspection systems, leak detection, and AI techniques for quality control within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
• Knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and validation processes related to sterile product inspection.
