We are currently looking for a Packaging Engineer to join a leading pharmaceuticals company based in Central France. As the Packaging Engineer, you will be responsible for developing innovative packaging solutions that meet stringent promotional-marketing, industrial, regulatory, environmental, and anti-counterfeiting protection requirements.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Packaging Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop new packaging items and ensure they meet all necessary requirements.
2. Propose materials for exploratory stability studies and formalise the definition of new packaging items.
3. Prepare plans, specification sheets, and manage the implementation and validation of packaging items with suppliers.
4. Conduct functional, product risk, and gap analyses, and monitor technological, regulatory, and anti-counterfeiting protection developments.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Packaging Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Packaging Engineering from a recognised institution.
2. Extensive industry experience in pharmaceuticals or cosmetics.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with regulatory compliance, innovation initiatives, and performance improvement projects.
