Piping Designer

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Piping Designer to join a leading industrial construction project based in Gum Springs, Arkansas. This exciting opportunity is for a skilled professional to contribute to the construction phase of a high-temperature hazardous waste incineration facility. As part of this project, you will play a critical role in delivering piping design and installation activities that support the successful completion of this innovative energy-from-waste solution.

This contract position offers a chance to work within a dynamic environment, collaborating with global engineering teams on a landmark project focused on hazardous waste thermal treatment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Piping Designer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
   • Support the production, review, and updating of piping isometrics to facilitate construction and installation activities.
   • Assist in piping stress analysis by coordinating design inputs and reviewing analysis outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
   • Review piping and secondary steel deliverables received from global engineering teams to confirm design integrity and adherence to specifications.
   • Package piping and secondary steel design outputs into structured, construction-ready work packages to ensure smooth project execution.
   • As the Piping Designer, you will ensure the effective delivery of engineering deliverables supporting the project milestones.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Piping Designer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
   • A Degree or higher level in a related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Piping Design).
   • Proven industry experience as a Piping Designer on large industrial or process plant construction projects.
   • A working knowledge and practical experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
